JAM was a sweet salute from the Danish summer during the cold and dark month of February. An intense taste of ripe berries from the summer harvest.

Taking inspiration from the deep colour palette of berry marmalades, nuances of red, violet and orange, Tokyo Blue used striking splashes of colour to transform the rigid materials of Lille Langebro bridge (Copenhagen) into a warm and sensual universe of berries.

The piece could be experienced from many different angles in the city, and it added a new layer to the story of the bridge, as well as the perception of it as a work of architecture.
The many little highlights from the multitude of light sources on the bridge resembled berries on a straw on a mild evening in late summer, reflecting beautifully on the surface of the water. JAM was a sensual, concentrated and tasty feast for the eyes.
